Open day and trials 2021

What: Try rhythmic gymnastics for FREE at our club open day. Open to all, from beginners to those wanting to try out for competitive gymnastics.

When: Sat 30 Jan, 9am to 12pm.

Where: 30 Glenmore St (Anglian Chinese Mission), opposite the Botanic Gardens.

Looking for a new challenge this year? Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful combination of dance and sports, which teaches flexibility, coordination, artistry and strength. We welcome all levels to give it a go.

• 9am to 10am recreational gymnastics
• 10am to 10.45am pre-school gymnastics
• 11am to 12pm competitive try-outs for those with dance and/or gymnastics experience
