All classes are held at Anglican Chinese Mission, Glenmore St, Thorndon, opposite the Botanic Gardens.

Pre-competition 

For gymnasts with a good base level of skills and flexibility, and who show potential for competitive gymnastics. Ask for an assessment by one of our senior coaches.

One class a week:

  • Saturday 10.30am-12.30pm

$280 a term 

Recreation competition

For gymnasts keen to compete but who can't dedicate the hours required to join competitive gymnastics.

One class a week: 

  • Saturday 2.30-5pm

$300 a term

Levels and stages

Levels 1 + 2: Two sessions a week plus ballet

  • Saturday 9-11.30am
  • Ballet Saturday 11.45am-12.45pm

Choose 1x from:

  • Monday 5-7.30pm
  • Tuesday 5-7.30pm

Level 3: Three sessions a week plus ballet 

  • Saturday 9am-12pm
  • Ballet Saturday 12.45-1.45pm

Choose 2x from:

  • Tuesday 3.30pm-6.30pm
  • Wednesday 4.30pm-7.30pm (first-hour flexibility and body technique with Isabel)
  • Thursday 4-7pm

Level 4: Three sessions a week plus ballet 

  • Saturday 12-3pm
  • Ballet Saturday 3.15-4.15pm

Choose 2x from:

  • Tuesday 3.30pm-6.30pm
  • Wednesday 4.30pm-7.30pm (first-hour flexibility and body technique with Isabel)
  • Thursday 4-7pm

Levels 5 + 6 + 7: Three sessions a week plus ballet 

Choose 3x from:

  • Monday 4-7.30pm
